Hi, I’m Serena Irons, and welcome to my bakery! I’m the proud owner of a micro home bakery in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. I’ve been creating custom cakes and delicious treats since 2018. My passion for baking has led me to work with amazing places like Merritt's Bakery and the Coffee House on Cherry Street.

I also love sharing my skills with others, which is why I offer hands-on baking and cake decorating classes at your home or mine. My dream student is a homeschooling student looking for something similar to a private art lesson. Or maybe someone who wants to decorate their own birthday cake but doesn’t have the tools.

Besides owning a micro bakery, I’m also a homeschooling mom and enjoy spending time with my family. I’m excited to be part of your sweet journey, whether you're ordering a custom cake or learning how to bake like a pro!

I dream of one day being a locally famous wedding cake designer. I hope to one day eventually own a store front cafe called The Tree Trunk where I’ll serve espresso, donuts, and quiche for breakfast. For lunch and dinner we’ll have wraps, sandwiches made from fresh breads with an assortment of desserts to choose from.
